We recognize that a loss birth is still a birth—and a profound one at that. When you’re preparing to welcome another baby, a traditional childbirth class may not feel like the right fit. You may want space to honor your previous birth experience, speak openly about your loss and your baby, and also gently prepare for a different pregnancy, labor, and outcome this time.

Our private class is designed with that in mind.

Held in a calm, comfortable private office, your session is fully personalized to your needs, your story, and your hopes for this birth. Your educator, Abigail, is both a certified childbirth educator and a loss mom herself. She offers a compassionate space where your experience is welcomed, your baby is remembered, and your preparation for this next birth is supported with care and understanding.

Scheduled at a time that works for your family during our office hours, this class helps you integrate your past and prepare for your future—honoring both with gentleness and respect.
