Your Birth, Your Way: Childbirth in a Day

Group Class Option Dates:

Expecting a little one but juggling a busy schedule? This accelerated, evidence-based childbirth education class is designed with you in mind. Taught by a certified childbirth educator, this one-day, five-hour session (2pm-7pm on selected date) provides the essential tools and knowledge to help you and your partner prepare confidently for labor and birth.

Topics include:

  • The stages of labor

  • Unmedicated birth

  • Comfort measures (with hands-on practice for partners!)

  • Pain relief options available in the hospital

  • Immediate postpartum recovery

  • Communicating effectively with your care team

  • Creating and using a birth plan

Through interactive activities, video demonstrations, and practical guidance, this class brings key concepts to life in a supportive environment.

Cost:
$195 per couple (please register with one ticket per pair)
Single parents and returning parents are also welcome
